How to Set up a Free Delivery Over $X Amount Option

Below is a list of the steps you need to follow to set up a price rule that allows for free delivery over a certain basket size:

Then follow the steps as you usually would to create a Shipping Method, but when you get to the ‘calculator’ instead of selecting ‘Fixed rate’, click ‘Price sack’.

Then click submit to save your choice.

You then need to go back into the listing to apply your pricing:

Minimal amount – this refers to what is the threshold to allow for free or reduced shipping rates, e.g. for orders over $100, input 100.

Normal amount – means what is the normal delivery fee for orders that don’t meet the threshold, e.g. standard delivery is normally $10, input this as 10.

Discount amount – this is the reduced rate for orders that exceed the Minimal threshold amount, e.g. $100. So, if you are offering free delivery for orders that exceed a basket size of $100, please input this as 0 (zero), as shown in the example.

Then click submit to save your listing.
