Managing Orders

STEP 1: Click on Order ID

To view the order, go to Orders > Open Orders > Order ID.

STEP 2: Update Status to "Acknowledged"

Click on the arrows to reveal the dropdown selection, then select "Acknowledged" and press Update Status.

A pop-up will appear on your screen to show that the status has been successfully updated.

 

STEP 3: Generate shipping labels

Once you have updated the status to Acknowledged, you will be able to generate the shipping labels. Clicking on this button will open another tab on your browser and show a PDF file that you can print.

Please double check addresses and use the dispatch note to confirm the exact shipping address.

 

STEP 4: Update status to "Processing"

This step can be done before/while/after you are processing the order. To update the status, click on the dropdown arrows again and select "Processing".

Please note that once you have updated the status to Processing, you cannot revert it to Acknowledged.

STEP 5: Tracking IDs

When the order is ready to be shipped, please input the tracking number and delivery provider or tracking URL in this field. The style should be: Tracking URL/Delivery Courier Partner - Tracking ID.

For example: https://royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ - RS12345678SG or DHL Express Worldwide - 123456789XYZ

It is imperative you include either the courier partner or tracking URL because customers need to know which service provider to look for when tracking their orders.

STEP 6: Mark as Shipped

Once you've filled in the necessary tracking details, click Marked as Shipped. This will send the customer a shipment notification and voila! All done! ;)
