Managing Customer Questions

Please use the video tutorial guide below to get an idea of managing stock and customer queries.

Question Management

Customers can reach you directly via the Ask Seller tab on your product listings. These conversations can be found here

You will be notified of any customer questions via email and by accessing this section of your dashboard. To answer a customer query, click on the question via the dashboard, input your reply and click submit. This will notify the customer directly of your response.
