Products are sent directly to you from our Sellers, and within one order, products may be sourced from multiple Sellers, therefore packaging and delivery times may vary. 

Please note that when you purchase a product, the resulting legal contract is between you and our Seller and such contract shall comprise of these Customer Terms and Conditions, the email confirmation of your order, and the applicable details on the product page, which you agree to be bound by all.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these and the Seller’s Terms and Conditions, these Customer Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.

OUR SELLERS

PAYMENT

<Insert Brand Name> uses Stripe to take payment. Stripe is a full-stack payment platform that allows the flexibility to utilize payments via all major credit cards and wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), across global markets via its Multi-Currency capability. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

In processing your payment, we act in the capacity as a commercial broker to our Sellers. Our Sellers accept that valid payment from you to us settles any obligation for you to pay our Sellers directly. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Should you wish to return an item, then you may do so, subject to our Returns policy.

DELIVERY

Upon notification of a Customer Order, the Seller will aim to fulfil the Order by shipping the relevant product within <Insert Timeline - e.g. X business days> or within such other period as specified in the Sellers Store or product page, as some products may take longer to ship.

RETURNS

Customers can return or exchange any item, within reason, within <Insert time period: e.g. 14 days from receipt>*. 

If a Customer wishes to return a product, the Customer will need to notify <Insert Brand Name>’s Sellers direct and the Customer will need to arrange for shipment of the product back to the Seller. The Customer will be required to use a trackable or signed for delivery service, <at the Customer's own cost>. Once a return has been received and accepted by the Seller, <<Insert Brand Name>>will either arrange for a refund or an Online Credit to be issued to the Customer. 

*Products not eligible for a return or exchange, include: 

Products marked “sale”; 

Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with a specific name, fabric, message or another customized aspect; 

Perishable products, i.e. flowers and food goods;

Personal products such as earrings and hair accessories; 

Homewares that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material, such as lampshades, throws, cushions, and other items; and 

Art, sculpture, ceramics, and other creations are often specially commissioned for the Buyer. (“Closed-out products”). 

If a product is faulty, the Customer will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product within two days of receipt of delivery and send it directly to the Seller. The Customer will be offered a replacement or repair for any faulty product or a full refund. 

Any refunds will be credited back to the Customer using their original payment method, e.g. credit card. Please note, it can take up to 30 days for the credit to appear back on your credit card or via your original payment method.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes provided to you by <Insert Website Domain Name> or our Sellers or affiliates will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations as notified at the time of delivery, and may be valid for limited periods.

Your use of any Promotional Code on the Website is subject to <Insert Brand Name>’s standard terms and conditions and privacy policy.

The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or products in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code. To redeem the Promotional Code, you simply type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.

You may not redeem or exchange the Promotional Code or applicable discount for cash. You may not use or combine the Promotional Code with any other promotions unless permitted.
